On September 18, 2023, Canuck Roofing was deeply honoured to stand as a proud sponsor of the Jake Milford Vancouver Canucks Charity Golf Tournament held at the Northview Golf & Country Club. Partnering closely with the NHL's Vancouver Canucks, our collective efforts were channelled towards promoting the event, collecting donations and sponsorships, and contributing time, money, and resources, all of which go towards the Canucks for Kids Fund and the Vancouver Canucks Alumni Foundation.

The legacy of Jake Milford is etched deep in hockey's history. For over 40 years, Milford donned multiple hats as a player, coach, and eventually the revered General Manager of the Canucks in 1977. It's the indelible mark Milford left on the hearts of many that inspired the Vancouver Canucks to initiate this golfing tradition. More than just a tournament, it's a gathering of the club, its celebrated players, longstanding sponsors, and devoted hockey enthusiasts, all coming together to pay homage to a legendary figure, revel in the spirit of hockey, and give back to a community they deeply cherish.

On September 6^th, 2023, Canuck Roofing was honoured to sponsor the Burnaby Board of Trade Charity Golf Event—an initiative undertaken to support the commendable efforts of the Burnaby Association for Community Inclusion (BACI). This exceptional charity event plays a crucial role in raising funds for BACI’s Infant Development Program, which extends its helping hand to children aged 0-3 who are at risk for, or are already experiencing, developmental delays.

With immense pride, our team at Canuck Roofing extended our support to this noble cause, contributing to the phenomenal total of $7,105 raised for the initiative.
