My entire experience with Canuck Roofing was five star from beginning to end. 11 months after the job was done, I realized the attic bedrooms were too hot during the heat wave, requiring a couple of south exposure vents to be installed.

The same day I called, Dalton sent someone out to install two new solar powered vents and the problem was solved! A very pleasant, professional team to work with!

Would highly recommend Canuck Roofing. We had our torch-on roof replaced and some attic vents installed. The quality of work was great and everyone we dealt with (Wayne, Scotty, Monica, Kenny) were professional and friendly.

Wayne was our main contact. He was professional and very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions. Also, I found it very convenient that he was accessible and responsive by text for follow up questions. This was most helpful with a hiccup with the fascia boards but Wayne responded and dealt with the issue promptly.

My only complaint is the team started our job almost right away but then left for a week before completing the project. It would’ve been nice to be given a heads up when they’d be returning as the disposal bin blocked our garage access during this time.

Once they returned Kenny and his team worked hard to finish our project within the day.

We had our 1975 original tar & gravel roof replaced in summer 2021. JP and his roofing team made it easy to understand and arrange, despite us being across the country and having tenants at the time. Competitive pricing backed by great credentials, 10 yr workmanship warranty and great customer service. We highly recommended them as commercial roofing contractors in the Greater Vancouver area!

Ken and Cam arrived on a Friday afternoon ahead of predicted rainfall, to seal a leak around my furnace chimney. They arrived on time, in uniform and a company vehicle, and quickly and efficiently completed the service. They showed me photos of the issue and the repairmen were careful of the shrubbery, and cleaned up when they were done. The roofing repair price was completely reasonable. I am so grateful for their wonderful roofing repair work!!

Job from start to finish was outstanding. Roofers wore all the proper safety equipment, the entire roof was replaced in two days, communication with the roofing company was excellent and when the job was completed, the clean-up was amazing. In two days, we were left with a brand new roof, post-installation inspection by the supervisor was done and there wasn't a scrap of roofing material left anywhere on the premises. I had my 30 years old attic vent detach from the roof, so I called the Canuck Roofing which I had a positive experience of before. Job was not done properly which I discovered randomly 1 month after the initial visit, yup i trusted these guys very much that I didn't even bother to check. Found a small issue and sent a picture to the customer service, they sent me tech team right away, tech showed me what they have done this time, problem seems to be eliminated and they also did another complimentary roof checking and fixed a little problem with the skylight free of charge. This is what I call a professional roofing company!

Canuck roofing removed our existing 1920s/1960s hybrid roof, which was in very poor shape, and provided us with a new roof deck, weatherproofing and shingles. Wayne was excellent to work with and responded immediately to all of our many questions, and the work was completed with 2 days. The crew were super diligent, cleaned up thoroughly, and we are pleased with the standard of work!

Scott our salesman responded quickly to our request for a quote. Once we received the quote, he responded quickly to all our questions. With all the questions answered, we went with Canuck Roofing. He thought they would be able to replace our roof in March but they had an opening last week and asked if they can do the roof right away. They came over and had the roof completed in one day. The roof looks great and they cleaned up after the installation. No trace that they were even here. Great job by Scott and the roofing installation crew. I would recommend Canuck Roofing as your residential roofing company, the experience was great.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to shout it from the roof tops (pardon the pun) that if you ever need help with roofing, this is the only company you should call. Will helped us out with a unique roof repair 7 years ago. Even though it was a smaller job than a complete roof installation, he took the time to understand the scope of work needed and delivered a customized solution that fixed our problem promptly and professionally.

More recently we moved into a new house that supposedly had the roof redone 5 years ago or so and was still under warranty by a different company. Within 1 week of moving in, we noticed the roof leaking and a discoloured ceiling (freshly painted) so we called this other company to come take a look. 2 days later and still being given the run around, we got fed up of waiting until water comes gushing down onto our newly installed carpet so we gave Will a call. Within 2 hours he had a guy on site, located the leak and fixed the problem! What you get with Canuck Roofing is not just a roof, but a great customer experience and peace of mind.

Canuck Roofing replaced an old tar&gravel roof of our apartment building in New Westminster with new sloped insulation, new torchon membrane, drains, vents, fascia siding, etc.
We are very satisfied with the quality of the materials installed and the work performed.
They took care of all expected and unexpected items in professional, safe and timely manners.
The project was completed on-time and as per the quoted price.
The project manager and on-site manager responded quickly to all of our requests.

We called them up and JP came the next day. He thoroughly inspected our roof which had pooling water and gave an honest and professional assessment of our roof. He even gave us advice and more information than what we hoped for to help our roof live longer.
